Luke Zelinsky's scribe note from Friday 3-15

·         I’m scribe today….

·         Ashley leans over and talks to Austin ;)

·         We go over yesterday’s scribe notes.

·         In yesterday’s scribe notes, Jes makes fun of me and tells me that my laugh sounds like I’m choking on a fur ball! Well your laugh sounds like someone’s scratching a knife against a chalk board. RIGHT back at ya!!!

·         Austin seems pretty focused on his computer…. Easy buddy.

·         The whole class, including Mrs. Gill, makes fun of Ashley for asking Austin to prom for the millionth time and she looks back at him.

·         Mrs. Gill gets mad at Austin.

·         Wayne looks focused on his computer, gazing intensely with his dark blue eyes and gently curling his long blonde luscious locks.

·         Weston’s talking to Annie while Mrs. Gill is talking! (That’s a NO NO!)

·         Weston says hi to me.

·         We talk about how Paul is cute.

·         I get till Sunday to turn in the research cuz I be scribin’!!!!

·         Thesis and 3 topic sentences, each with 3 supporting details due…. I don’t know when. Too busy scribin’!

·         Mrs. Gill give specific directions to Weston.

·         A bunch of people forget get their thesis in their locker. They’re not being college ready.

·         Austin doesn’t want to go to Prom with Ashley…..

·         Annie is talking to herself….. Easy Annie.

·         Mrs. Gill wants to see my works cited and thesis. NOW

·         Mrs. Gill gets mad at Weston AGAIN. Hahahaha

·         I printed out my thesis and works cited.

·         I really miss Ryan Berry…..

·         Dylan is looking for his thesis and works cited but can’t seem to find it. He’s not be college ready

·         Austin throws a paper wad at my nose and it ricochets and hits Dylan. He picks it up and throws it in the trash can. He misses. He stands up and takes another shot…. Misses again. He finally gives up and sets it in the trash can. Maybe next time bud...

·         Austin doesn’t seem to know what he’s supposed to be doing. He probably doesn’t even know where he is.

·         This class is getting really boring. Everyone’s working and not talking too much

·         Weston is talking to Annie and I hear “Cute pictures”, “Being Huge,” “Solid Kid,” and “Ozzy Osbourne” in the same sentence. Wonder what they’re talking about?????

·         Austin found a ball on the floor.

·         Ashley leans over and starts talking to Austin again and when she couldn’t get his attention she said, “Listen to me!” Easy Ashley.

·         Weston asks Annie if she could imagine him with blond hair. Easy buddy.

·         Mrs. Gill is talking to Mark Roman about art.

·         Austin has the hiccups. Shut up.

·         Joe reaches in his pocket…. Easy buddy.

·         Weston thinks TJ’s new name should be TJ Khaled

·         Tj is getting sassy with Weston!

·         I ask Dylan how he’s doing. He’s doing fine.

·         Mrs. Gill shushes Weston

·         Austin cracks another joke and I laugh. That kid…..

·         TJ has gLiTtEr on his back.

·         Austin sneezes.

·         Somebody unplugged Mrs. Gill’s plug!!!

·         TJ and Mallory are talking about nature vs. nurture and raising children.

·         Dylan said something but nobody heard him…. Easy buddy

·         Austin is going to uppercut TJ and kill him.

·         Dylan crumples up his paper but doesn’t bother to take another shot this time

·         Weston is “about ta throw it down!” Who knows what he’s talking about?

·         TJ is annoying Weston and doesn’t seem to know where he is.

·         I think I’m making this too long.

·         TJ said he’s taking Weston to Prom… that explains a lot…

·         Lisa and Nicole are talking.

·         Mrs. Gill is talking to Austin and tells him to stick with the deadlines… Bahahaha!

·         My fellow brother in Christ, Joe Allen, still hasn’t said anything all class

·         …Dead silence until Jes asks a question

·         Mrs. Gill talks to me about my sources

·         Annie yawns rather loudly.

·         I feel as if I’m being too detailed

·         Austin asks what’s for lunch. I don’t know.

·         Everyone’s in the class is talking except for Joe and Dylan They must be shy

·         I’m bored.

·         If Weston says “scrib” instead of “scribe” one more time….. there will be some serious consequences

·         Annie and Weston keep talking. So do Mark and Mallory….. Prom couples ;D

·         Jes sneezes twice….. Easy Jes

·         Mrs. Gill is talking to Weston about his paper

·         Shut up Austin Proctor

·         People are packing up 2 minutes before class is over!!! There’s still to minutes to learn!!!

·         People are now lining up and there is ONE MINUTE left

·         Okay forget this, I’m done

·         Joe finally says something! “You still scribin’ Luke?” You bet I am!

·         Okay, NOW I’m done. 

Homework: Outline is due Monday. It should have, at a minimum, your thesis, the topic sentences and supporting details (3) for at least three body paragraphs. These supporting details should be specific and FROM YOUR SOURCES.
